Welcome to DeepClean Crew. By accessing our website, communicating with our team, and booking our deep cleaning, move-in, or move-out cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Descriptions & Quotes

DeepClean Crew specializes in comprehensive deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning services. All quotes provided via our website, over the phone, or by email are estimates based on the property details provided by you. We reserve the right to adjust the final service price if the condition, size, or layout of the property differs significantly from the initial description, requiring additional time, specialized labor, or extra cleaning solutions.

2. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respect your time and the schedules of our cleaning crews. To manage our bookings effectively, we enforce the following cancellation policies:

  • 48-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment without penalty by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a late cancellation fee to compensate our crew for lost time.
  • Lockouts: If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, a lockout fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost will be applied.

3. Property Access & Preparation

For move-out and move-in cleaning services, the property must be fully vacated, free of furniture (unless otherwise agreed), and devoid of personal belongings or debris to allow our team to perform a thorough clean. For residential deep cleaning, please ensure that valuable or fragile items are securely stored, and that pets are placed in a safe, separate area while our crew is actively cleaning.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon the completion of the cleaning service. We accept major credit cards and designated digital payment methods. For large commercial jobs or specialized whole-property deep cleans, a partial deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your slot on our schedule.

5. Liability & Damage Claims

DeepClean Crew operates as a fully insured cleaning provider. While our crews exercise the utmost care in every property, accidents can rarely occur. If you believe an item or surface was damaged by our staff during the service, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning. DeepClean Crew is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or inherently fragile surfaces not disclosed prior to service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the local or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.
